These are the ground rules for shopping with PowerNorth. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

Agreeing to these terms
By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the terms on this page. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order.
Products, prices and images
All prices, product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can. Because products are made in batches by our suppliers, small variations in finish, packaging or labelling can occur.
Prices shown in currencies other than Canadian dollars are approximate conversions for display. Your order is charged in CAD at checkout.
Orders we can't accept
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example in the case of a pricing error, a stock problem, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.
Using the product safely
The charging station should be used as described in the product documentation, with undamaged cables, indoors, and away from moisture. Please don't modify or open the unit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PowerNorth isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or from shipping delays. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
Intellectual property
The PowerNorth name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Updates to these terms
